In Wednesday's non-league game, the host River Bluff Gators baseball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Fairfield Central Griffins.
The Gators (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Powdersville (Greenville, SC). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Powdersville knocked off J.L. Mann (Greenville, SC), 11-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Griffins play the Richland Northeast Cavaliers (Columbia, SC) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 14. Fairfield Central will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Cavaliers go into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 15-10 non-league loss to American Leadership Academy (Lexington, SC).
