Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Head-Royce Jayhawks (Oakland, CA) and the visiting Bentley Phoenix (Lafayette, CA), observed Head-Royce's volleyball team top Bentley by a count of 3-0.

The Jayhawks (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA). The Eagles enter the Bay Counties East contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Redwood Christian was knocked off by Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Phoenix battle the Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 14. Bentley will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Head-Royce (Oakland, CA).
