The South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) baseball trounced the host Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA), 13-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodward Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 13.
With the defeat, Northgate drops to 5-4 on the year. The Vikings host Pike County (Zebulon, GA) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
