The Uintah Utes soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host St. Joseph Jayhawks to 0 in the Utes non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Utes now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Kearns for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 13. Uintah will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Mountain Crest (Hyrum, UT). The Cougars record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, St. Joseph moves to 0-2 on the year. The Jayhawks travel to Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT) to play the Soaring Eagle in a non-league bout on Friday, March 14. The Soaring Eagle go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Juan Diego Catholic lost 5-1 in their recent non-league bout against Granger (West Valley City, UT)
