The East St. John Wildcats overwhelmed the visiting Crescent City Christian Pioneers softball squad by a count of 24-3 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Phoenix Spartans (Braithwaite, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 13. East St. John will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 27-11 non-league loss to South Plaquemines (Buras, LA).

The Pioneers (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA). The Rebels go into the 1A District 10 challenge with a 6-2 record.
