Nebraska High School Basketball - Pius X toppled by Skutt Catholic

Skutt Catholic SkyHawks (Omaha, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE), 51-41 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Skutt Catholic upgrades its record to 25-2 on the year. The SkyHawks travel to Elkhorn North (Elkhorn, NE) to face the Wolves in a non-league match on Friday, March 13. The Wolves enter the match with a record of 18-5. Elkhorn North won 66-39 in their recent non-league match against Wahoo (Wahoo, NE)

The Thunderbolts now sport a 10-17 record.
