The Berea Bulldogs overwhelmed the visiting Daniel Lions softball squad by a count of 5-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Crescent Tigers (Iva, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 13. Berea will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Wren (Piedmont, SC).

The Lions (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Crescent (Iva, SC). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 8-1 record. In their last outing, Crescent was routed by Palmetto (Williamston, SC), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
