The Lexington Wildcats lacrosse team scored 6 points and held the host Dutch Fork Silver Foxes to 5 in the Wildcats league win on Monday.
The Wildcats (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Chapin (Chapin, SC). The Eagles go into the 5A Lower District 4 match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Chapin nudged River Bluff (Lexington, SC), 16-6, in a league match.
The Silver Foxes (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Riverside (Greer, SC). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Riverside was tipped by James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC), 15-9, in a non-league match.
