The Freeport Pretzels soccer team scored 10 points and limited the host Sterling Golden Warriors to 0 in the Pretzels non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Pretzels face the Byron Tigers (Byron, IL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 16. Freeport will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Golden Warriors now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kaneland for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 14.
