The Douglas Tigers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting McQueen Lancers to 2 in the Tigers league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Douglas improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Reed (Sparks, NV) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Friday, March 17. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 14. McQueen will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 7-6 league win over Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV).
