The Brewer Bears the visiting Saginaw Rough Riders softball team by a tally of 11-7 in Monday's league outing.

Coming up next, the Bears battle the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 outing, on Wednesday, March 15. Brewer will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Bearcats enter the outing with a 15-4 record after their 14-0 league win over Saginaw (Saginaw, TX).

The Rough Riders (7-14) will now prepare for their outing against Azle (Azle, TX). The Hornets enter the 5A Region I District 5 outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Azle tipped Rider (Wichita Falls, TX), 7-1, in a league outing.
