Texas High School Softball - Clear Lake gets by Clear Springs

The Clear Lake Falcons got by the host Clear Springs Chargers softball squad by a final score of 6-5 in Monday's league battle.

The Falcons (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Dickinson (Dickinson, TX). The Gators go into the 6A Region III District 24 battle with a 15-8 record. In their last battle, Dickinson nudged Brazoswood (Clute, TX), 2-0, in a league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Clear Creek for a 6A Region III District 24 bout on Tuesday, March 21. Clear Springs will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 9-4 league loss to Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-6.
