The Lone Star Rangers softball team (Frisco, TX), 3-1 in Monday's league test with the host Wakeland Wolverines (Frisco, TX)

Coming up next, the Wolverines encounter the Turner Lions (Carrollton, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 test, on Wednesday, March 15. Wakeland will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 3-5 record after their 7-4 league loss to Creekview (Carrollton, TX).

The Rangers (18-4) will now prepare for their test against Reedy (Frisco, TX). The Lions come into the 5A Region II District 9 test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Reedy edged Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX), 12-0, in a league test.
