Florida High School Baseball - Central loses to South Sumter

March 13, 2024: Brooksville, FL 34613

The South Sumter Raiders the host Central Bears baseball team by a tally of 6-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Nature Coast Tech for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 14. South Sumter will face a Sharks team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Lecanto (Lecanto, FL). The Sharks record now stands at 6-1.

Next, the Bears face the Crystal River Pirates (Crystal River, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 15. Central will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Pirates enter the bout with a 3-6 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Central (Brooksville, FL).
