In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Immanuel Christian Warriors soccer squad scored a close 3-2 win over the King Abdullah Academy Falcons.
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Christ Chapel Academy (Woodbridge, VA). The go into the NVIAC battle with a 0-0 record.
The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wakefield School (The Plains, VA). The Fighting Owls go into the Greater Piedmont battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Wakefield School was nudged by Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA), 7-1, in a league battle.
