St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD), 13-5 in a non-league battle.
The Knights now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sidwell Friends for a non-league battle on Friday, March 15. St. Mary's Ryken will clash with a Quakers squad coming off a 12-9 non-league win over Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA). The Quakers record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the Severn School Admirals (Severna Park, MD) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 15. St. Andrew's Episcopal will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
