With the triumph, Bunker Hill moves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Bears travel to East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A game on Friday, March 15. The Cavaliers come into the game with a record of 3-1. East Burke won 15-0 in their recent league game against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) in a Western Foothills 3A game, on Friday, March 15. St. Stephens will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 2-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hough (Cornelius, NC).
