The Sweet Water Bulldogs (Sweet Water, AL) baseball trounced the visiting Choctaw County Tigers (Butler, AL), 17-2 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they host Fruitdale for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 14. Sweet Water will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 17-7 non-league loss to Millry (Millry, AL). The Pirates record now stands at 2-6.
With the defeat, Choctaw County drops to 0-5 on the year. The Tigers host Southern Choctaw (Gilbertown, AL) to clash with the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 0-3.
