Louisiana High School Baseball - Comeaux nips David Thibodaux

The Comeaux Spartans baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting David Thibodaux Bulldogs to 4 in the Spartans league win on Thursday.

The Spartans now hold a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westgate for a 4A District 4 test on Saturday, March 15. Comeaux will play a Tigers team coming off a 15-0 league loss to North Vermilion (Maurice, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-8.

With the defeat, David Thibodaux drops to 1-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host Rayne (Rayne, LA) to play the Wolves in a 4A District 4 test on Saturday, March 15. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 13-5. Rayne lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Welsh (Welsh, LA)
