Georgia High School Baseball - Whitewater sneaks past LaGrange

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) and the visiting LaGrange Grangers (LaGrange, GA), saw Whitewater's baseball team get by LaGrange by a tally of 3-2.
The Wildcats (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA). The Patriots enter the AAA Region 2 battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Sandy Creek held off Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA), 6-4, in a league battle.
Next, the Grangers face the Spalding Jaguars (Griffin, GA) in a AAA Region 2 battle, on Friday, March 14. LaGrange will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Jaguars enter the battle with a 6-6 record after their 14-0 league loss to Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA).
