In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Mark Keppel Aztecs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Schurr Spartans.

The Aztecs (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA). The Matadors come into the Almont challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, San Gabriel beat Rosemead (Rosemead, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans play the Bellflower Buccaneers (Bellflower, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 15. Schurr will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA).
