The Middle Creek Mustangs lacrosse team (Apex, NC), was tipped 14-13 in Thursday's league battle with the host Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC)
With the victory, Apex Friendship improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Green Hope (Cary, NC) to confront the Falcons in a Southwest Wake match on Monday, March 17. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 2-6. Green Hope lost 18-4 in their recent league match against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC)
The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Golden Hawks enter the Southwest Wake match with a 7-0 record.
