The Bethany Community Wolves soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Piedmont Classical Bobcats to 1 in the Wolves league victory on Thursday.
The Wolves now hold a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Stokes for a non-league bout on Friday, March 14. Bethany Community will play a Vikings squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Piedmont Classical moves to 0-1 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC) to play the Falcons in a Northwest Piedmont 1A bout on Tuesday, March 18. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Leadership Academy lost 1-0 in their recent league bout against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC)
