The Highland Tech Rams soccer squad scored 1 points and held the host Burns Bulldogs to 0 in the Rams league victory on Thursday.

The Rams now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they host East Gaston for a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A bout on Tuesday, March 18. Highland Tech will play a Warriors squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Burns moves to 2-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Friday, March 14. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 6-0. West Lincoln won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Chase (Forest City, NC)
