Virginia High School Softball - West Point bounces Lafayette

The West Point Pointers softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Lafayette Rams to 1 in the Pointers non-league win on Thursday.

The Pointers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bruton for a non-league battle on Monday, March 17.

With the loss, Lafayette moves to 0-2 on the season. The Rams travel to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA) to encounter the Lions in a Bay Rivers battle on Friday, March 21. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
