Texas High School Softball - Tatum bested by Arp

The Arp Tigers routed the host Tatum Eagles softball team by a final score of 14-1 in Friday's league battle.

The Tigers now possess a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White Oak for a 3A Region II District 16 battle on Tuesday, March 17. Arp will confront a Roughnecks team coming off a 10-8 league win over Sabine (Gladewater, TX). The Roughnecks record now stands at 21-4.

With the loss, Tatum moves to 2-11 on the season. The Eagles host Gladewater (Gladewater, TX) to confront the Bears in a 3A Region II District 16 battle on Tuesday, March 17. The Bears come into the battle with a record of 7-13. Gladewater lost 7-5 in their recent league challenge against Troup (Troup, TX)
