In Monday's league contest, the Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Rio Hondo Prep Kares (Arcadia, CA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Panthers face the Trinity Classical Academy Knights (Valencia, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 15. Polytechnic will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 1-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Vasquez (Acton, CA).

With the loss, Rio Hondo Prep moves to 8-4 on the year. The Kares host Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) to face the Dolphins in a Prep contest on Friday, March 18. The Dolphins go into the contest with a record of 0-8. Chadwick lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA)
