In Monday's league game, the visiting Artesia Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 15-4 victory over the Lovington Wildcats.
The Bulldogs (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM). The Cavemen go into the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Carlsbad overcame Goddard (Roswell, NM), 19-0, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (1-9) will now prepare for their game against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Clovis overcame Lovington (Lovington, NM), 22-0, in a non-league game.
