The Danbury Panthers softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Cuero Gobblers to 4 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Danbury improves its record to 13-10 on the year. The Panthers host Boling (Boling, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 3A Region III District 24 game on Tuesday, March 15. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 4-4. Boling won 7-1 in their recent league game against Hempstead (Hempstead, TX)

In their next game, the Gobblers clash with the Pearsall Mavericks (Pearsall, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 1. Cuero will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record.
