Texas High School Softball - Nixon falls to Del Rio

March 14, 2022: Laredo, TX 78043

In Monday's league outing, the visiting Del Rio Rams softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Nixon Mustangs.

Coming up next, the Rams battle the Alexander Bulldogs (Laredo, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 30 outing, on Wednesday, March 16. Del Rio will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 10-10 record after their 12-2 league loss to Eagle Pass (Eagle Pass, TX).

The Mustangs (4-12) will now prepare for their outing against United (Laredo, TX). The Longhorns enter the 6A Region IV District 30 outing with a 10-13 record. In their last outing, United was routed by Laredo LBJ (Laredo, TX), 6-1, in a league outing.
