The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Greenville Tigers (Greenville, AL) and the visiting Park Crossing Thunderbirds (Montgomery, AL), saw Greenville's softball squad nip Park Crossing by a count of 16-10.

The Tigers now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Charles Henderson for a 5A Area 4 match on Wednesday, March 30. Greenville will face a Trojans squad coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Long (Skipperville, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Park Crossing falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Carver Montgomery (Montgomery, AL) to face the Wolverines in a 6A Area 3 match on Thursday, March 17. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 0-3.
