The West St. John Rams baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Crescent City Christian Pioneers to 3 in the Rams league victory on Tuesday.
The Rams (2-3) will now prepare for their match against South Plaquemines (Buras, LA). The Hurricanes go into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, South Plaquemines was overwhelmed by Hahnville (Boutte, LA), 13-0, in a non-league match.
The Pioneers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Ecole Classique (Metairie, LA). The Spartans go into the 1A District 9 match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Ecole Classique gained a win over Varnado (Angie, LA), 18-2, in a league match.
