The Southampton Indians crushed the visiting Sussex Central Tigers baseball team by a count of 16-5 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Indians now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Franklin for a Tri-Rivers bout on Thursday, March 16. Southampton will face a Broncos team coming off a 18-0 league loss to Windsor (Windsor, VA). The Broncos record now stands at 0-1.
