The Montebello Oilers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Alhambra Moors to 1 in the Oilers league victory on Tuesday.

The Oilers now have a 4-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Gabriel for a Almont game on Thursday, March 16. Montebello will confront a Matadors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 9-1.

The Moors (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Schurr (Montebello, CA). The Spartans enter the Almont game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Schurr dropped by Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
