The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA) and the host Huntington Park Spartans (Huntington Park, CA), saw South Gate's volleyball squad beat Huntington Park by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, South Gate upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Rams host Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Rough Riders in a Eastern test on Thursday, March 16. The Rough Riders enter the test with a record of 3-1. Roosevelt won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA)

The Spartans (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Garfield (Los Angeles, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Eastern test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Garfield dropped by South East (South Gate, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
