The La Quinta Aztecs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Loara Saxons to 0 in the Aztecs league victory on Tuesday.
The Aztecs now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Santiago for a Garden Grove game on Thursday, March 16. La Quinta will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-5.
The Saxons (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA). The Lobos enter the Garden Grove game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Los Amigos dropped by Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
