Huguenot Falcons (Richmond, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA), 17-16 in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Thomas Jefferson for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 16.
With the loss, Armstrong falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA) to face the Yellow Jackets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 21. The Yellow Jackets enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
