With the triumph, Capital moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to clash with the Elks/Elkettes in a non-league game on Thursday, March 16. The Elks/Elkettes come into the game with a record of 1-3. Pojoaque Valley lost 13-2 in their recent non-league game against Miyamura (Gallup, NM)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM) in a 3A District 2 game, on Tuesday, March 21. Raton will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Braves come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 16-0 non-league win over Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM).
