Harper Longhorns (Harper, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Mason Punchers (Mason, TX), 14-2 in a league challenge.

The Longhorns now own a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they host Johnson City for a 2A Region IV District 28 challenge on Tuesday, March 28.

With the loss, Mason falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Punchers host Center Point (Center Point, TX) to battle the Pirates in a 2A Region IV District 28 challenge on Monday, April 3. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 8-11.
