North Carolina High School Softball - Rocky Mount thwarted by Nash Central

The Rocky Mount Gryphons softball team (Rocky Mount, NC), was routed 16-5 in Tuesday's league test with the host Nash Central Bulldogs (Rocky Mount, NC)

Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the North Johnston Panthers (Kenly, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 15. Nash Central will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Corinth Holders (Wendell, NC).

The Gryphons (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Roanoke Rapids (Roanoke Rapids, NC). The Yellowjackets come into the The Big East 2A/3A test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Roanoke Rapids overcame Northern Nash (Rocky Mount, NC), 10-0, in a league test.
