California High School Baseball - Exeter nips Reedley

March 14, 2024: Reedley, CA 93654

Exeter Monarchs (Exeter, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Exeter upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Monarchs host Sierra Pacific (Hanford, CA) to battle the Golden Bears in a Tri-County - Kings test on Monday, March 18. The Golden Bears come into the test with a record of 5-4. Sierra Pacific lost 6-0 in their recent league test against Kerman (Kerman, CA)

With the defeat, Reedley falls to 3-5 on the season. The Pirates travel to Selma (Selma, CA) to battle the Bears in a Tri-County - Sequoia test on Tuesday, March 19. The Bears come into the test with a record of 4-5. Selma lost 9-5 in their recent non-league test against Hoover (Fresno, CA)
