The Puyallup Vikings baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Graham-Kapowsin Eagles to 0 in the Vikings league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Lions go into the 4A South Puget Sound match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Bellarmine Prep was overwhelmed by Emerald Ridge (South Hill, WA), 8-2, in a league match.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Curtis (University Place, WA). The Vikings go into the 4A South Puget Sound match with a 1-0 record.
