In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Orange Panthers soccer squad scored a close 6-0 triumph over the Durham School of the Arts Bulldogs.
The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Warriors come into the Central 3A battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Western Alamance Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Granville Central (Stem, NC). The Panthers come into the Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Granville Central Hillside (Durham, NC), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
