Habersham Central Raiders (Mt. Airy, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Shiloh Generals (Snellville, GA), 12-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Raiders confront the Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) in a 6A Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, March 19. Habersham Central will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Apalachee (Winder, GA).

The Generals now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host North Forsyth for a 6A Region 8 challenge on Friday, March 15. Shiloh will confront a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Gainesville (Gainesville, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-6.
