California High School Baseball - Exeter loses to Reedley

The Reedley Pirates crushed the visiting Exeter Monarchs baseball team by a count of 13-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Selma for a bout on Tuesday, March 19. Reedley will face a Bears team coming off a 14-1 non-league win over Hoover (Fresno, CA). The Bears record now stands at 8-1.

Next, the Monarchs face the Sierra Pacific Golden Bears (Hanford, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 18. Exeter will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Golden Bears enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Sanger (Sanger, CA).
