Jay Royals (Jay, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Paxton Bobcats (Paxton, FL), 11-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Royals now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paxton for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 2.

With the loss, Paxton falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Chipley (Chipley, FL) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 15. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-0.
