Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting North Gwinnett Bulldogs (Suwanee, GA), 14-4 in a league battle.

The Longhorns now have a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Allatoona for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 16. Lambert will clash with a Buccaneers squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 6-4.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) in a 7A Area 4 battle, on Monday, March 18. North Gwinnett will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The War Eagles come into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 13-6 non-league loss to Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA).
