Box Elder Bees (Brigham City, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Roy Royals (Roy, UT), 21-10 in a league challenge.

The Bees now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clearfield for a 5A Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, March 19.

With the loss, Roy falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Royals host Woods Cross (Woods Cross, UT) to face the Wildcats in a 5A Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, March 19. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Woods Cross lost 21-2 in their recent league challenge against Bonneville (Washington Terrace, UT)
