South Carolina High School Softball - Pelion can't hold off Branchville

The Branchville Yellow Jackets softball team scored 2 runs and limited the host Pelion Panthers to 1 in the Yellow Jackets non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Branchville moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Yellow Jackets travel to Orangeburg Prep (Orangeburg, SC) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Saturday, March 16. The Indians come into the game with a record of 3-1. Orangeburg Prep won 13-0 in their recent non-league game against Clarendon Hall (Summerton, SC)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Fox Creek Predators (North Augusta, SC) in a AA Region 3 game, on Tuesday, March 19. Pelion will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record.
