The East Chapel Hill Wildcats softball team scored 24 runs and limited the host Carrboro Jaguars to 3 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, East Chapel Hill moves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Northern Durham (Durham, NC) to clash with the Knights in a DC-VI 4A game on Tuesday, March 19. The Knights come into the game with a record of 1-5.

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Riverside-Durham Pirates (Durham, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 18. Carrboro will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Pirates come into the game with a 4-2 record after their 18-0 non-league win over Southern Durham (Durham, NC).
